HomeAid New York City and American Girl® presented a unique Project Playhouse® event showcasing a house built by Pardee Homes featuring American Girl's Kit Kittredge. New York City's event was performed in conjunction with HomeAid's national playhouse showcase efforts and the nationwide movie premiere of "Kit Kittredge, An American Girl" movie starring Academy Award® nominee Abigail Breslin.
The pint-size playhouse "American Girl® Kit's Home on Abbott Place" was unveiled on June 6 at The Bronx Zoo, then moved to the Staten Island Children's Museum for display from June 21 through July 13.
